Corporate and Group Bookings

Please contact our office for corporate or group (two or more on-site accommodation) bookings. Different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Bookings Terms and Conditions

Check in:   Cabins from 2pm; Caravan Sites from 12pm

Check out: By10am

All bookings must provide a valid credit card and photo ID upon check-in.

If guests are unable to provide this information, the Park reserves the right to refuse check-in.

For late check-in, please contact reception in advance. Late check-out may be available upon request, with applicable fees.

If guests do not depart before check-out time, guests agree that we may charge you for an additional day at the prevailing tariff applicable to your accommodation for each day (or part thereof) until you depart.

The minimum check-in age is 18. Guests must ensure that persons under 18 years of age (minors) in your party are accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times whilst at the Park. You acknowledge that there will be third parties present in the park during your stay and that we are not responsible for the acts or behaviour of those parties. It is your responsibility to ensure the personal safety, welfare and protection of all minors in your party at all times during their stay at the park.

Guests must return any keys and security cards at the time of departure and agree that we may charge you for the replacement costs of any keys or cards you lose or fail to return them to us.

Smoking is not permitted in or around any park facilities (including cabins and any amenities, playgrounds and  games rooms). If we consider that you or your party has smoked in a cabin and/or the cabin is left in an unsatisfactory state (as determined by us), you will incur a cleaning charge of eight hundred dollars ($800).

Guests agree that regardless of your length of stay, there is no tenancy or other proprietary rights created in your favour under any laws. We grant you a licence to stay in or use the facilities in our park and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.

If during your stay, we reasonably determine that you, or someone in your party, could present a risk to the health or safety of our staff or other guests at the park, or you or your party fails to comply with these terms and conditions, then in addition to any other right we may have, we may immediately terminate your accommodation and evict you and your party without liability to you. You agree that in these circumstances we are not required to refund any amount in relation to your booking or any other goods or services you have purchased from us.

You and your party must respect the comfort of others staying in park at all times. Any unruly behaviour, excessive noise, drunkenness, bad and/or offensive language will not be tolerated and may result in you and your party being evicted from the park without refund. Quiet time in the park is after 10pm every day, and we may require you to refrain from any behaviour we consider may be disruptive to other guests of the park.

Deposits and Payments

A one-night deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable by cash, direct deposit (EFT), debit card, or credit card. Card payments can be made over the phone.

Any amount in connection with the booking which is outstanding at the time of check-in must be paid at check-in unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with park management prior to arrival. Any additional charges incurred after check-in must be paid in full at the time they are incurred.

For peak season bookings, full payment is required one month before your scheduled arrival.

Caravan Sites Rule

No Tents or Swags Allowed In accordance with council regulations, tents and swags are not permitted on-site. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to this rule to ensure compliance with local policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available should guests decide to shorten the stay after arrival.

If guests notify us of the cancellation within the below guidelines, we will happily refund the deposit. An administration fee of 25% is applicable foall cancellations.

Guests may request a booking be changed however any request will be subject to availability, the tariff may change depending on the new booking period and an administrative fee may also apply to make the change.​​

As an alternative to cancelling a booking, guests may request us or we may offer to amend a booking and issue you with a Booking Credit equal to the amount paid for your existing booking to use at our Park for up to 12 months. If guests make a request we may, but are not obliged to, issue guests with a Booking Credit. Booking credit is not transferrable and may be used in part or in full, and any Remaining Value can be used towards subsequent purchases of accommodation at our Park; 

Booking Credit is valid only for a period of 12 months from the date of issue (expiry date) and if not used prior to the expiry date will be void, of no value and any unused value will not be refunded.

Cancellation of "Peak Season" and/or  group bookings:

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date for a refund. If less notice is provided, the Park reserves the right to retain the full deposit.

 

Cancellation of "Off-Peak" and/or single bookings:

 

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date for a refund. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, the Park reserves the right to retain the full deposit. 

 

Failure to notify of Cancellation or No Show:

 

No refunds are given for unused portions of your booking, including no-shows and early departures or cancellations where you or your party has arrived at the park. A no-show is when guests do not check-in on the day of your booking.

 

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park:

  1. if we reasonably determine that you, or someone in your party, could present a risk to the health or safety of our staff or other guests at the park; or

  2. for any other reason we so determine in our discretion (including for our own purposes).

A full refund will be issued if this occurs unless our refusal is because you or your party presents a risk to the health or safety of our staff or other guests at the park, or because of your breach of these terms and conditions.

 

Children and Extra Beds

Children of any age are welcome. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

 

Children 16 and over are charged at adult rates.

Extra beds and linens are available upon request, subject to availability. Charges may apply.

Visitors

All visitors must park in the visitor car park at the front of the park and notify reception upon arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in cabins and around the amenities area, playground, or reception. A cleaning fee of $800 applies for smoking inside cabins.

 

Pets

Pets are welcome on caravan sites with management’s consent. A signed pet agreement is required upon arrival.

  • Pets are not allowed in cabins.

  • Pets must be leashed or tethered at all times and not left unattended.

  • Pets are not permitted near amenities or recreation areas.

  • Owners must promptly dispose of pet waste using the provided bins.
    Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

 

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, cabins, or sites caused by them or their visitors. Charges may apply for repairs or replacement of damaged items.

Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you or your party, or which you or your party bring in or on to the park (including any car park facilities) remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Noise complaints may result in eviction without a refund.

Maximum Occupancy

Each cabin or site has a maximum occupancy limit, as stated at the time of booking. Overcrowding would result in additional charges or eviction.

Vehicle Restrictions

In order to ensure the comfort of others staying at a park, only one vehicle is permitted per caravan site or cabin unless prior arrangements are made. Additional vehicles must park in the visitor parking area.

Fire and BBQ Safety

Open fires are strictly prohibited. BBQs are allowed only in designated areas. 

Park Rules

All guests must follow park rules, including respecting other guests, staff, and facilities. Violations of park rules would result in eviction without a refund.

Environmental Conservation

Help us maintain the natural beauty of the park by disposing of waste properly and conserving water and electricity where possible.

Emergency Evacuation

In the event of an emergency, guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the park staff and designated safety personnel.
